LifeAnalytics has launched a research-use contract data analysis service powered by the IAS integrated analysis system. After preflight review, we support quality review, standard analysis, visualization, result organization, and reporting.
The current service analyzes data that customers have already generated. Specimen processing, microscopy acquisition, mass-spectrometry measurement, spatial-omics data generation, library preparation, sequencing, and other data-acquisition work are outside scope.
Supported analysis areas
We confirm the objective, input format, data quality, sample design, and deliverables before selecting a standard or custom workflow.
- NGS, RNA-seq, DNA variant, and single-cell analysis
- Metagenomics and 16S, 18S, or ITS amplicon analysis
- 2D microscopy, cell and pathology image analysis, Cell Painting analysis, and 3D structural analysis of Z-stacks or volumetric images
- Imaging flow cytometry analysis and molecular structure analysis
- Proteomics analysis of existing mass-spectrometry data or quantitative tables
- Spatial multi-omics analysis integrating tissue images, spatial coordinates, expression, protein, and related layers
Pricing
For standard menus, equivalent public analysis-only prices are normalized as market references and the pre-tax LifeAnalytics starting price is set at no more than 56%. A formal quote follows review of data volume, quality, samples, workflow, and deliverables.

Before any transfer, we review the research objective, input format, comparison design, confidentiality, deliverables, and retention period. Once agreed, only the necessary data are transferred securely and delivered with documented conditions and limitations.
